Tuition

Tuition rates for all Catholic School under the Diocese of Salt Lake City are determined by the Diocese of Salt Lake City in consultation with the Diocesan Schools Finance Committee.

2017-2018 Tuition (Per Student Per Year)
A. Regular Tuition Rate     $6,924 ($577/mo for 12 months) + fees     (K-8)
B. Catholic Tuition Rate     $5,540 ($462/mo for 12 months) + fees     (K-8)
C. International Tuition Rate     $10,925 ($911/mo for 12 months) + fees     (K-8 International Students)
Early Childhood Program           
A. Pre-Kindergarten 4 (M-F Half Days)     $5,040 ($420/mo for 12 months) + fees     (Drop Off Starting at 7:00am - 11:30am*)
B. Pre-Kindergarten 4 (M-F Full Days)     $7,560 ($630/mo for 12 months) + fees     (Drop Off Starting at 7:00am - 6:00pm*)
C. Preschool 3 (M-F Half Days)     $5,767 ($473/mo for 12 months) + fees     (Drop Off Starting at 7:00am - 11:30am*)
D. Preschool 3 (M-F Full Days)     $8,496 ($708/mo for 12 months) + fees     (Drop Off Starting at 7:00am - 6:00pm*)
*Class times for Early Childhood Program are 8:15am – 11:30am or 3:30pm depending on program.

Payment Schedule Application Fee
A $35 non-refundable application fee is due upon submission of application. An offer of enrollment will be made after the completed application file has been received. We are happy to assist through this short process.

General Fees
The following are the General Fees, which include: computer fees, library fees, student insurance, Catholic Schools Office fee, fine arts, consumable books, planner, Friday envelopes. (General fees are per student unless noted differently.)

Tuition Collection
Saint Andrew Catholic School uses a tuition management system, FACTS, for all tuition collection. TUITION WILL BE DIVIDED INTO 12 MONTHLY PAYMENTS BEGINNING IN JUNE AND ENDING IN MAY.

Financial Assistance & Tuition Reduction
Need based financial assistance is available on a limited basis from Saint Andrew Catholic School. Applications must be completed online through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Completed financial assistance online application must be accompanied by a copy of your prior year Federal tax return 1040 or 1040A and current W-2s. The financial assistance application along with all supporting documents must be received by FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment (FGAA) two weeks from the date of acceptance. APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MUST BE COMPLETED EACH AND EVERY YEAR.

FGAA will review all applications. All requested information is kept confidential. All required information must accompany the form or it will not be considered. The deadline for financial aid applications is two weeks from the date of acceptance. The analysis process can take up to two weeks days. Upon completion of the analysis, each family will be contacted.

The school determines the amount of total tuition reductions it is able to reasonably absorb in one school year. Tuition reduction is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for students with a current application on file.
