Summer Camp & Little Fish Camp
To register for Summer Camp or Little Fish Camp, please fill out on the forms below and submit to the school office with $50 registration fee (per child).
All children attending summer camp/ little fish must have a field trip permission slip on file.
Compliance in the Diocese of Salt Lake City Safe Environment Program is a prerequisite to having regular contact with children, youth and vulnerable adults. After initial certification, compliance is required every three years.
All diocesan personnel and volunteers (even if minors 11 to 17 themselves), having regular contact with children, youth and vulnerable adults, must comply with diocesan policies and with applicable state and local laws.
